Leslie Edwards, Ph.D., is the Director of Corporate Business Development for the College of Engineering and Math Life and Physical Sciences at UC Santa Barbara. With her extensive background in campus-corporate relationship building, Leslie provides insightful guidance to industry collaborators, supporting them with access to faculty and students, strategic planning for heightened corporate visibility, and other key tools to ensure successful industry-university collaborative projects. Before coming to UCSB, Leslie spent a decade working in the biotech industry where she gained experience in corporate research, product development, and management.
